Overview

Children like to eat shrimp very much, especially braised prawns. The bright red color when it is served on the table makes people feel happy. Needless to say, the taste is definitely delicious. Be sure to add more scallions and save more soup. Mix the soft scallions that are full of shrimp flavor and the thick soup into the rice. It will be enjoyable to eat!

  1. Clean the fresh shrimps!

  2. Use a knife to remove shrimp lines!

  3. Wash and chop onions and garlic and set aside! Slice ginger!

  4. Pour salad oil into hot oil pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant!

  5. Add tomato sauce and stir-fry!

  6. Add fresh shrimps, stir-fry, finally add light soy sauce and salt, stir-fry until the shrimps change color! Cook for 3 minutes and serve!
