Wash the saury, cut off both ends, leaving the meaty part in the middle.

Add cooking wine salt and five-spice powder and marinate for thirty minutes.

Then heat oil in the pan and add fish.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Do not flip the fish if it is not set halfway to prevent it from frying into pieces.

Simply and quickly fry the fish and you're ready to eat.
