Ingredients
Steps
-
Marinate the redwood fish you bought back with salt for 15 minutes (this step will make the fish as small as the picture basically absorb the flavor, so there is no need to add salt later), and then wash it clean.
-
Saute the ginger until fragrant, add the redwood fish, and fry slowly over low heat. Don't turn it over in a hurry, otherwise it won't look good.
-
Turn over (if you are not good at controlling the heat and whether it is fried properly, you can turn off the heat and wait for the pot to cool before turning it over).
-
Fry both sides until it looks like this, turn off the heat and remove from the pan.
-
Plate.
