Peng Dou’s super simple air fryer version of fried peanuts
Overview
Fried peanuts are a simple and delicious dish to go with drinks. Almost every household makes them. My dad likes them very much. He used to fry them in oil pans. After frying the peanuts, it was troublesome to pour the oil back and forth. However, it is much easier to use an air fryer, and the heat is better controlled.

Steps
-
Clean and set aside 300 grams of peanuts.
-
Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees for 2 minutes. Pour the peanuts directly into the air fryer without using the oil control basket. At the same time, use a brush to brush a layer of oil on the surface of the peanuts. Mine is 4 liters, and 300 grams just covers one layer.
-
Set the air fryer to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. I took it out twice and shook the peanuts slightly to allow them to heat more evenly. I personally like the heat to be slightly higher. After ten minutes, the fryer is still warm, and I can take it out after three minutes. If you don't like high heat, you can set it for 2 minutes less.
-
grams of peanuts are just enough for a plate, put on a plate and let cool.
-
When the peanuts are almost cool, sprinkle a little salt. The amount of salt depends on the taste of each family!
