Pan-fried saury
Overview
Saury is rich in protein, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and other nutrients. Its protein content ranks first among all fish. Saury can lower blood cholesterol, triglyceride liver fat, lower blood pressure, avoid blood clots, and is beneficial to those with hypertension and coronary artery sclerosis. Rich in vitamin B, it can delay aging. The dark fleshy part of the saury's back contains a lot of vitamin B12, which can prevent and treat anemia.

Wash the saury and cut it into an even, diagonal knife
