Prepare seaweed, shrimp skin, and wonton skin. I used purchased wonton skin, but you can also make your own.

Add the chopped green onions to the meat filling, then add as much salt, chicken essence, five-spice powder, pepper powder, cooking oil, and sesame oil. According to personal taste

Take a wonton skin and put a little meat filling on it.

Dip a little water on both sides of the wonton skin, because the wonton skin you buy is relatively dry. If you make your own dough, you don’t need to dip it in water. Fold the two corners in half.

Just fold the bottom two corners together.

Add dried shrimps and seaweed to the rice bowl

After boiling the water, add wontons, add a little chicken essence, and a little salt. Because there are shrimp skins, you don’t need to add too much. When the wontons are cooked, sprinkle the beaten eggs into the pot to make egg drop.

Put the wontons into a bowl, add a little sesame oil and enjoy!
