Add an appropriate amount of flour, wash and cut the leeks into small pieces, 1 to 2 eggs, and salt for later use.

Put flour in a large bowl, beat two eggs, appropriate amount of salt, and add a little water (not too much water, thicker is best) and stir clockwise for 3 minutes and set aside.

Stir well and set aside

Pour oil into the pot and bring to a boil before frying. Put the mixed noodles on the oil spoon, (not too much) and gently put it into the pot. Slowly shake the pan so that the cake will automatically fall. When the cake floats, you can pick it up and put it on the plate.
