After buying the snails, soak them in light salt water for one hour

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and saute until fragrant, then add snails and stir-fry for a while

Add 4 tablespoons of chopped chili and continue to stir-fry

Add an appropriate amount of purified water to cover the snails, bring to a boil over high heat, then lower the heat and simmer until the water is almost dry. Since chopped peppers already contain salt, you basically don’t need to add any additional salt.
