  1. Cut the meat into cubes, with more lean meat. Add the same ingredients as usual for stewed meat. The more cooked and stuffy it is, the better the flavor will be. The main thing is that the meat should not be bland! I won’t go into them one by one here!

  2. Knead the dough in advance and wait for it to ferment. Put a few drops of oil on the risen dough. Keep your hands away from the dough. Divide it into equal-sized portions. Flatten it and add a few drops of oil to seal it and then shape it into a round shape!

  3. Heat the pot and add a little oil. Place the kneaded dough and flatten it with a cup of water. (You can also press it flat with your fingers.) Press it all the way and turn it over. Press it a little (if it feels thick) and turn it three times. It will be almost done. Use a spatula to make a small slit on the side to see if it is done!

  4. If it changes color slightly, add a little more oil, but don't let it boil for too long (the skin will be hard). Ripe and fluffy!
