  1. Prepare tofu, minced meat, (I bought the minced meat directly in the supermarket to save trouble.) Soak the mushrooms.

  2. Chop the mushrooms and mince the meat, add salt and fenugreek powder, and stir evenly. Cut the tofu into three parts.
