Prepare tofu, minced meat, (I bought the minced meat directly in the supermarket to save trouble.) Soak the mushrooms.

Chop the mushrooms and mince the meat, add salt and fenugreek powder, and stir evenly. Cut the tofu into three parts.

Use chopsticks to make a slit in the tofu and fill the slit with minced meat.

Put some oil in the pot, heat it over low heat, and add the stuffed tofu.

Put all the stuffed tofu into the pot and fry over low heat.

Fry until the bottom of the tofu is golden brown, add a bowl of water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add water and soy sauce to the sweet potato starch to make a sauce. Set aside chopped green onions.

Add chopped green onion and soy sauce to the stuffed tofu, and cook over high heat for 1 minute before serving.
