Octopus Sausage Baked Potatoes
Overview
The sausage is cut and grilled to look like an octopus, so it is called octopus sausage. The traditional method is deep-frying, but deep-frying causes our bodies to absorb a lot of fat, which is bad for health. So I used the roasting method. The roasted sausage skin is crispy and the meat is fragrant. The sausages and potatoes are roasted together. The potatoes absorb the fat from the sausages. The outside is burnt and the inside is waxy. It goes well with wine and rice. It is so delicious!

Main ingredients.

Cut the sausage in the middle and make two more cuts lengthwise without cutting through.

Cut potatoes into cubes, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt, a little oil and mix well.

Place potatoes into air fryer.
