Remove the skin from the loofah and wash it.

Cut into long strips.

Cut lean meat into slices.

Boil the cut loofah strips in water.

When cooking the loofah, add salt, thirteen spices and bean paste to taste.

Mix well.

Add sweet potato flour.

Stir into a paste.

Boil the loofah.

Add the meat slices one by one.

Add everything in, cover the pot and cook for 2 minutes.

Cook until the meat slices are translucent.

Remove from the pan.
