Add cooking wine, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, and pepper to the minced meat, mix well and set aside.

Peel and dice the tomatoes, dice the fenugreek and green pepper respectively, and mince the onion, ginger and garlic.

Cut Japanese tofu into thick slices and roll in dry starch with a thin layer of starch.

Then put in the egg liquid and roll a layer of egg liquid on top.

Place in a pan and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside. (The remaining egg liquid can be fried into broken eggs and set aside)

Leave remaining oil in the pot, add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color. Add onions, ginger, and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add diced mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add diced tomatoes and stir-fry until tomatoes become soupy.

Pour in 1 small cup of water, add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, and soy sauce and bring to a boil, then add tofu and simmer over low heat.

Cook until the soup becomes less and thicker, add chopped green pepper and slowly stir evenly.

Remove from pan and plate.
