Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, cut the potatoes into strips, shred the onions, cut the celery into 5 cm long sections, and slice the pork belly
-
Put a small amount of oil in the pot, add ginger and star anise, stir-fry the pork belly over low heat, and add an appropriate amount of sweet noodle sauce!
-
Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and soy sauce and continue stir-frying!
-
Add onions
-
Add the beans and stir-fry until the beans change color
-
Fry for a few minutes, add tomatoes and stir-fry
-
Add appropriate amount of boiling water
-
Just enough water to cover the beans
-
When the beans are almost half cooked, add the potatoes and pour out some of the soup for later use!
-
Cover the steamed noodles evenly on the beans
-
Pour the reserved soup over the noodles
-
Cover the pot and simmer over low heat
-
After a few minutes, add an appropriate amount of salt and turn the noodles over with chopsticks
-
When it’s almost out of the pan, add the celery
-
Mix well
-
Reduce the sauce over medium heat, leaving less soup in the noodles so that they don’t taste so dry!
-
The noodles are cooked and not bad. My son and daughter like it very much!
