First fry the crispy soybeans: Soak the soybeans in water, then wipe off the water, add cold oil to the pan, fry slowly until cooked, and let cool until crispy;

Cut the seaweed jelly into long strips and put it into a container;

Press garlic into puree, add salt and sesame oil, mix well and set aside;

Mash rock sugar into powder;

Add soy sauce and vinegar, stir evenly, and try to dissolve the rock sugar;

First pour the garlic sauce onto the jelly;

Then pour rock sugar, soy sauce and vinegar;

Sprinkle with crispy soybeans;

Pour in chili oil;
