Bacon and Pineapple Fried Rice
Overview
During the pineapple season, when I saw pineapples, I wanted to make pineapple fried rice or pineapple old meat. Okay, if you want to eat it, then make it. When I was cooking in the dormitory, my colleague next door came over and asked me what I was doing. I said I was making pineapple fried rice. She looked at the pot and said, isn’t this just egg fried rice? Haha, pineapple fried rice is based on egg fried rice, add pineapple at the end, fry it and put it into a pineapple bowl. The most difficult part of pineapple fried rice is digging the pineapple. Haha, I first cut small grids on the surface with a knife and then dug it out slowly with a spoon. After digging, save some fried rice, and eat the rest directly. It is simple and rough. Hormel's bacon is added to the fried rice. I have tried Hormel's bacon many times and I think it is rich and delicious. As for the bacon, I think it is delicious just fried or rolled in enoki mushrooms. I highly recommend it for fried rice this time
