Cut the melon into large pieces, cut the tofu into small pieces, marinate the fish belly with a little salt, oil, corn flour and chicken powder for ten minutes

Boil the water and simmer the melon for five minutes

Add the fish belly and cook over medium heat for five minutes

Add tofu and wait for the water to boil again

When the water boils, add coriander and green onion, then reduce the heat to low for two minutes
