Tomato and egg soup
Overview
This is a soup that my family often makes. It contains both eggs and vegetables. Even if the child doesn't like vegetables, the nutrition of the vegetables is still cooked into the soup. Because I didn't have fungus on hand, I didn't put it in. In fact, there should be fungus in it.

Steps
-
The ingredients are very simple. An egg, a handful of greens, a tomato, a few chives and cilantro.
-
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and chop the onions and cilantro.
-
Beat the eggs and set aside.
-
Add water to the wok and bring to a boil.
-
Put the chopped tomatoes after the water block, boil the pot and put the vegetables.
-
When adding the egg liquid, pour it into the boiling area of the pot, and it will instantly become a non-stick bottom of the pot.
-
After putting the eggs, add the starch.
-
After adding the water starch, you can take it out of the pot, put it in a soup basin and sprinkle with chives and coriander. Don’t forget to drizzle some sesame oil.
