Chop green onions and set aside.

Put the chopped radish, minced meat and green onions into a large basin, beat in three eggs, add an appropriate amount of salt, thirteen spices, light soy sauce and cooking wine, and stir evenly.

Add flour and mix thoroughly. Add some water to make a paste.

Heat the pan and add peanut oil. When the oil reaches level 5, deep-fry the meatballs

Fry over medium-low heat until the seeds are set and turn slightly brown, then remove.

Turn up the heat to heat the oil, then add the meatballs and fry again. When frying again, keep the fire high and stir carefully so that the meatballs are heated evenly. Check that the meatballs are golden brown and quickly remove them to control the oil.
