Vegetarian Borscht
Overview
I have made borscht once before, but the last pot of soup smelled bad because of the use of bad butter. In the end, the pot of soup was wasted. Today I made a simple version of vegetarian borscht. The ingredients are very simple and every family can make it. It saves the time of stewing beef and uses beef-flavored soup to increase the flavor. The main reason is that it is very delicious. The old man said it is delicious!
