Soak the rice noodles in advance (about half an hour). Add soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch, and oil to the sliced beef. Marinate for 15 minutes. Cut some shredded ginger. Wash and cut the spring vegetables into small pieces

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil. Add spring vegetables and blanch until raw. Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and stir-fry

Add beef and fry until it changes color

Stir-fry the spring vegetables

Finally, put in the rice noodles, add a little soy sauce, use chopsticks, stir-fry for a while
