Flower Cookies
Overview
Today's biscuits are just a toss-up. Aren't the panda biscuits very popular recently? I didn’t have that kind of mold, so I originally wanted to make a copycat. I made a simple mold using cans, but I didn’t know that I couldn’t draw it properly after I finished it. I changed my mind and made flowers instead. Later, my daughter completed it independently. Yes, the flower pattern is very beautiful.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Melt the butter in water, then cool it down until it just solidifies. Pour in all the fine sugar and salt and beat until the butter becomes lighter in color and larger in volume.
-
Beat the eggs and add them to the butter paste in 5-6 batches, stirring evenly after each addition before adding the next one.
-
Sift in the low-gluten flour and milk powder, and use your hands to form a ball.
-
Take 100 grams of original dough and cocoa powder and mix well with your hands.
-
Spread a layer of plastic wrap on the countertop, place the original dough on the plastic wrap, cover it with another layer of plastic wrap, and slowly roll the dough into a dough sheet about 5mm thick.
-
Roll out the cocoa dough in the same way,
-
Use a flower-shaped mold to carve out flowers, use a round piping nozzle to carve out the flower center, then use a piping nozzle to carve out the chocolate-colored flower center, and then place the chocolate dough in the middle of the flower center.
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, upper and lower heat, middle layer, and bake for about 20 minutes. Be observant. I just forgot, so some of the colors were baked a little darker.

Panda made from homemade mold.
-
Digital. There is also no mold, I carve it directly with a knife.
-
Finally, knead the remaining dough together and make it look marbled.
