Sweet potatoes are full of treasures. Not only are sweet potatoes edible, but sweet potato vines are also very delicious. Today I picked some sweet potato vines and stir-fried them with minced garlic. This was my first time frying them, and I didn’t expect them to taste surprisingly good.
