Toon running egg

Overview

How come there are so few toona buds in spring! Chunya is only available for about 20 days, if you miss it you have to wait for a year.

Wash and drain the toon sprouts and chop into small pieces.
Add 3 eggs, appropriate amount of salt and mix well.
Heat oil in a pot, pour in the Chunya egg liquid and spread evenly.
Fry until the bottom side is browned, then turn over and fry until cooked through.
Remove from pan and plate.
