Cut soft tofu into small pieces and soak in salted boiling water for one hour

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and cornstarch to the minced meat and mix well

Mix braised soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and appropriate amount of water into braised sauce

Heat oil in a wok, add in diced tofu and fry until the surface is slightly brown, take it out
