Prepare chili and lean pork.

Cut the meat and put it on a plate for later use. You can cut it into thin slices or shreds. Personally, I think it tastes better when cut into thin slices.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the cut meat, stir-fry for one minute, add two-thirds of the spoon of salt, and continue to stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
