Grape Cookies
Overview
I don’t have an oven at home, but I really want to try making biscuits by myself. I thought there was an air fryer available, so I wanted to try it out to see if I could make it. I didn’t expect the effect to be pretty good, but I have to control the time, otherwise it will be easy to burn.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Raw material preparation
-
Butter: 130g
-
Powdered sugar: 100g
-
Raisins: 70g, I used two kinds of raisins, purple raisins and green raisins.
-
Heat the butter slightly over water and soften it. It does not need to be completely softened into liquid. Stir it with a whisk until it is smooth, without whipping.
-
Add 30ml of whole egg liquid, that is, two spoons, and stir evenly.
-
Add 70g of raisins and stir evenly.
-
Add 230g of cake flour and stir evenly.
-
Use your hands to knead the evenly mixed flour into a dough.
-
Shape the dough into a rectangle and chill in the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour.
-
After freezing, cut slices about 5 mm thick and put them into the preheated air fryer at a temperature of 160 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Then turn them over for 5-7 minutes. Pay attention to checking. If the time is too long, the raisins will easily become mushy and bitter.
