Grape Cookies

Grape Cookies

Overview

I don’t have an oven at home, but I really want to try making biscuits by myself. I thought there was an air fryer available, so I wanted to try it out to see if I could make it. I didn’t expect the effect to be pretty good, but I have to control the time, otherwise it will be easy to burn.

  5. Heat the butter slightly over water and soften it. It does not need to be completely softened into liquid. Stir it with a whisk until it is smooth, without whipping.

  6. Add 30ml of whole egg liquid, that is, two spoons, and stir evenly.

  11. After freezing, cut slices about 5 mm thick and put them into the preheated air fryer at a temperature of 160 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Then turn them over for 5-7 minutes. Pay attention to checking. If the time is too long, the raisins will easily become mushy and bitter.
