Carrot cake
Overview
I don’t know when I bought so much sticky rice noodles, and it’s almost past its shelf life. I originally wanted to make rice rolls, but conditions were limited and I couldn’t make them. My friend said the carrot cake was good, so I started making it☺

Ingredients
Steps
-
500g radish, peeled and shredded
-
One pack of rice flour (200g used)
-
Heat a non-stick pan (because you will add rice paste later, using a non-stick pan will not burn the bottom) and add a little oil. Pour shredded radish and radish water into a non-stick pan and stir-fry until soft and cooked, and add salt (appropriate amount, not too salty)
-
Add 500 grams of water to 200 grams of rice flour to make rice paste
-
Pour the rice cereal into the non-stick pan and mix well, add a little pepper (optional)
-
Cover the mold with a layer of oil paper (for easy demoulding), then add the mixed rice paste, scrape the surface flat, and steam it in a pot
-
It will take about 40 minutes to start steaming.

In order to eat the carrot cake as soon as possible, I put it outside to cool down😋You can slice it and eat it as it is, or you can fry it until both sides are golden and eat it. I don’t like fried food, so I eat it like this, which is healthier☺
