Crispy fried okra - eat okra in a different way
Overview
Okra has become more and more common on the dining table in recent years. The most popular ways to eat it are boiled and then stir-fried. It is indeed quite good, but if you eat too much, you will want to change it. So today, we are going to make a fried one. I personally like it very much. It is crispy on the outside and waxy on the inside. It feels good when dipped in your favorite dipping sauce. You can also try it. If you like spicy food, you can add a little more spiciness. It will definitely be more enjoyable.

Steps
-
Make the batter first. Flour, corn starch, and glutinous rice flour are about 2:1:1. Add a little salad oil and water little by little. Ice water is better. Add until the consistency of the batter is almost as fluid as the picture but not too thick. The batter is too thin and cannot hold the paste. If it is too thick, the taste is not good. Adjust and master it yourself.
-
Wash the okra and cut it in half.
-
Pour oil into the pan and heat it up. When a drop of batter floats, add the battered okra one by one to fry.
-
Fry over medium heat until set and slightly brown.
-
After everything is fried, fry again over high heat for about 10 seconds. Remove and use absorbent paper to absorb excess fat. Be sure to eat it hot. Chop the garlic into mince, soy sauce and white vinegar at a ratio of about 1:1. You can add spiciness if you like.
