Rinse beef 2-3 times in cold water.

Blanch the beef in cold water and add ginger slices and green onions.

Heat oil in a pan, add sugar and fry caramel.

Add the blanched beef to the pot and stir-fry.

Soy sauce, oil, cooking wine, salt. Put 500ml hot water and cook for 1-2 hours.

After the beef is cooked, add the cabbage and cook until raw.

Cook the noodles in another pot.

Take out the noodles and add the soup and beef.

Start eating.
