I have always wanted to make curry rice by myself, so I just bought some curry and made it for one person!

  1. Get the materials ready first! The meat is marinated in old wine and salt for half an hour

  2. Preheat the oil in the pan, add the meat to the pan and stir-fry until golden!

  3. Then add the carrots and stir-fry for a while, then add the potatoes. Before doing this, add more oil, because potatoes and carrots will eat oil. If you don’t add more, it will easily burn and stick to the pan!

  4. Then add boiling water, just enough to cover the potatoes, then bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer slowly for 10 minutes. If you like the potatoes to be a bit rotten, you can simmer for a while, but be careful not to boil all the soup!

  5. Turn off the heat, add the curry, wait until the curry melts, then turn on the heat, bring to a boil, add some pepper, turn to low heat and simmer, wait until the soup thickens and you can take it out of the pot!
