Prepare ingredients, bacon slices and cheese slices need to be chopped.

Mix the butter, low-gluten flour, sugar and salt together until evenly mixed into granules.

Slowly pour in the ice milk and mix evenly.

Add bacon and cheese crumbs.

Mix all the ingredients into a dough and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough to 1cm thick and cut into triangles.

Place the dough on a baking sheet and coat the surface with egg wash.

Place in a hot oven at 180 degrees.

Cover with tin foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove enough tin foil and bake for another 15 minutes
