Overview
The best snacks for entertaining guests during the Chinese New Year. It’s simple to operate. There aren’t many steps, so I wrote them in more detail. Haha, they taste delicious

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare all materials for later use
-
Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it with warm water until it can be poked with your fingers. Stir it with an electric egg beater first, then add fine sugar and milk powder
-
Use an electric whisk to beat the egg yolks until the volume becomes puffy and the color becomes slightly lighter
-
Beat the egg yolks and add them in batches, and beat them evenly with a whisk (each time, wait until the egg yolks and butter are completely mixed before adding the next time)
-
Sift in low-gluten flour
-
On the kneading surface, mix the flour and butter evenly with your hands
-
Pour in the raisins and mix evenly to form a uniform dough
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a piece about 1CM thick (it is easy to crack when rolling, you can flatten it with your hands first, then roll it out, and arrange it while pressing)
-
Then use a knife to cut into small rectangles (you can determine the length yourself)
-
Arrange them in a baking pan, and brush the surface with a layer of beaten egg yolk (if the baking pan is a regular baking pan, it is recommended to cover it with a layer of tin foil)!
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes, bake: 180 degrees up and down, bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown
-
Delicious grape soufflé is out of the oven
