Cut the taro, sausage, and pork into cubes, mash all the ingredients into one piece (except the taro cubes), stir-fry the taro cubes, and then add them with other ingredients for later use. (Everyone can choose the amount of filling as they like.)

Pour the boiling water into the flour and stir with chopsticks. Add the boiling water slowly until the flour can be mixed into the dough. Knead the dough slowly with your hands and scald it carefully. Finally, take out small pieces and flatten them with a rolling pin.
