I have a lot of glutinous rice noodles and coconut paste at home, so I made this on a whim. It’s sweet, soft and glutinous and super delicious

Mix glutinous rice noodles with warm water to form a dough

Brush a flat plate with oil, spread the glutinous rice dough flat on the plate, and steam for twenty minutes

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of coconut on the board, brush the rolling pin with oil, roll out the glutinous rice dough, spread the bean paste filling, and roll it into a roll

Dip a knife into water and cut into sections and serve on a plate
