Prepare some materials to be processed

Wash the duck gizzards and cut into small pieces

Pour in appropriate amount of cooking wine and salt

Mix well with chopsticks and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Prepare onions, ginger and garlic. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into small pieces, soak in water and set aside.

Heat a wok, pour in appropriate amount of corn oil and sauté onion, ginger and garlic

Pour in the marinated duck gizzards and stir-fry

Stir-fry until all the duck gizzards change color

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and vinegar.

Add white sugar.

Stir well and add appropriate amount of water.

After the fire comes to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Pour in the drained potatoes and carrot pieces and stir-fry evenly

Add salt, black pepper, allspice, stir well.

After boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Drizzle a little sesame oil and sprinkle some coriander before serving.
