  1. Wash the cherry radish, cut off the long whiskers, cut it in half, pat it with a knife, add an appropriate amount of salt and mix well, marinate for 20 minutes and then pour off the water.

  2. When pickling radish, make the sauce: dissolve appropriate amount of sugar and vinegar with a small amount of warm water.

  3. Place chopped green onion and dried chili segments on top of the pickled radish.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant. Skim off the Sichuan peppercorns. Pour the hot oil over the green onion and pepper segments, add the sauce, mix well, and serve!
