Guobao Pork
Overview
One of the favorite dishes of Northeastern people. Sweet and sour taste, the meat is somewhat crispy. Especially a favorite among women. It's also very good with wine. This dish is usually found in restaurants in Northeast China. Some are done authentically, and some are so-so. To make this dish, wet starch must be used to spread it evenly, and the meat slices must be fried twice. It will taste better this way.

Fresh tenderloin with tendons removed
