Beat a piece of fresh sea bream with eggs and drain the blood.

Beat the eggs and fry them into egg pancakes.

Cut green onions into shreds.

Cut the egg pancake into shreds.

Cut the mushrooms into shreds.

Shred ginger.

When the water is boiling, mushrooms and ginger are spread on the fish noodles.

After 9 minutes, sprinkle the eggs, shredded green onions and coriander on the fish and steam for another 2 minutes.

Completely steamed.

Turn on the heat, heat the oil pan, and heat the peanut oil until it smokes slightly.

Pour the steamed fish soy sauce over the fish.
