Sweet and sour lotus root
Overview
This lotus root is not a domestic product. This is my first time making this dish. Lotus root is relatively expensive. I bought 3 small pieces and spent 9 lire.

Raw material picture. This is lotus root from Turkey. 1 sells for 3 lire. The supermarket attendant has cut off the green flowers and leaves and soaked the lotus roots in water.

Slice the lotus root, add a carrot, and slice it as well.

Prepare the seasonings: olive oil, sugar, fruit vinegar, and salt.

Add a little olive oil to the frying pan, heat it up, fry the lotus root slices, add sugar and fry. Fry for a while and then add some fruit vinegar.
