Green stem cauliflower, set aside.

Cut into florets.

Add cauliflower in clean water, add a little salt and white flour, soak for about six minutes to remove impurities, then rinse and drain.

Boil the water, pour in the cauliflower and blanch it until cooked.

Blanch the cauliflower in cold water to control the moisture.

Pork belly slices, set aside.

Marinate the pork belly slices with a little dark soy sauce and cooking wine for 10 minutes and set aside.

Chop green onions, slice garlic, and cut red pepper into small pieces and set aside.
