Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients (actually there is only half of the fish, I cut it into a piece and cooked it in the morning~)
-
Cut the fish with a knife, use 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and 1 teaspoon of salt to massage evenly, marinate for 10 minutes, cut the tomatoes into small pieces
-
Take 2 tablespoons of flour, add appropriate amount of water, and make a bowl of crispy batter until it becomes thick
-
Spread the batter on the fish, put more oil in the pan than for cooking, heat the oil pan, add the fish and fry over low heat
-
Both sides should be fried until brown. I also put a few pieces of tofu together~. After frying the fish, take it out and put it on a plate for later use
-
Leave oil in the pot, add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, stir-fry until fragrant, add tomato cubes and stir-fry
-
Add 1 tsp sugar
-
Add 1 small bowl of water and cook until the tomatoes are soft and the soup is thick
-
Add an appropriate amount of salt and 1 tablespoon of water starch to thicken the sauce, pour out the tomato juice and pour it on the fish
