Portuguese egg tart
Overview
This bag of egg tart shells was purchased before the holiday. Since there was no whipping cream, it has been frozen in the refrigerator. I happened to take advantage of the event to purchase a batch of baking supplies such as whipping cream, but the delay on the road was too long and I didn't receive it until last week. I quickly baked some classic Portuguese egg tarts, and they tasted much better than the ones I bought.
