Crispy Spicy Wotou Stir-fried Rabbit Legs
Overview
This dish organically combines steamed buns and rabbit meat. It has both staple food and meat. It is really a reasonable combination. Deep-fry the steamed buns in a pot until golden brown. The rabbit leg meat is marinated and then deep-fried until crispy and fragrant. Served with crispy spicy peanuts, it is a good dish to go with wine.

Prepare materials.

Clean the rabbit legs and cut into pieces.

Cut the dough heads into small pieces.

Put the cut rabbit legs into a bowl, add cooking wine, salt, and pepper and marinate for 20 minutes.

Add oil to the wok. When the oil is 70% hot, add the chopped cornstarch cubes.
