Rice wine chicken wings

Rice wine chicken wings

Overview

Dabao loves the Coke chicken wings I made very much. Although the Coke chicken wings are delicious, they are always made the same way and are too monotonous. I happened to have sugar and rice wine at home, so I made this rice wine chicken wings. The sugar in the wine takes on the color and flavor of caramel when fried, coupled with the mellow aroma of the wine, it tastes really great!

  8. Add 1 small bowl of water and marinated chicken wings soup, and add a little sugar. Because I used sugary rice wine, the proportion of sugar is less. If I use ordinary rice wine, I should add about 1 teaspoon of sugar. Pour in the chicken wings and simmer over medium heat for about ten minutes.
