Rice wine chicken wings
Overview
Dabao loves the Coke chicken wings I made very much. Although the Coke chicken wings are delicious, they are always made the same way and are too monotonous. I happened to have sugar and rice wine at home, so I made this rice wine chicken wings. The sugar in the wine takes on the color and flavor of caramel when fried, coupled with the mellow aroma of the wine, it tastes really great!

Steps
-
Prepare chicken wings, ginger, green onions, sugar and rice wine. Ordinary rice wine can also be used.
-
Cut the chicken wings on both sides with a flower knife.
-
Cut all the chicken wings with a flower knife, slice the ginger, cut the green onion into sections, and pour out a small bowl of rice wine.
-
Pour the ginger, green onions and rice wine into the chicken wings, then add a little salt and marinate evenly for fifteen minutes.
-
Take out the marinated chicken wings and wipe dry the surface water. Select the ginger and garlic and set aside, and reserve the soup for soaking the chicken wings.
-
Pour more oil into the pan and fry the chicken wings until they are golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain.
-
Leave a little oil in the pot and sauté the onion and ginger until fragrant.
-
Add 1 small bowl of water and marinated chicken wings soup, and add a little sugar. Because I used sugary rice wine, the proportion of sugar is less. If I use ordinary rice wine, I should add about 1 teaspoon of sugar. Pour in the chicken wings and simmer over medium heat for about ten minutes.

When the soup thickens, pick out the green onions and ginger and serve.
