Banana flying cake
Overview
As the name suggests, flying pancakes are made by making the noodles fly... When I eat them in restaurants, they are usually made on-site by Wai Nuo Kernel, so I know the process of making them, but I am not that good at making the pancakes so tough š So! This is Indian flying pancake that doesnāt need to flyššhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha ššš I asked the aunties who sell flying pancakes at roadside stalls and they said that the pancakes need soybean flour or starch or mung bean flour to fly easily... Iām just too lazy to just make them delicious~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add a little bit of sugar to the flour while slowly adding water and stirring with chopsticks until it becomes like cotton wool
-
Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment naturally for about 20 minutes
-
Spread cling film on a chopping board and sprinkle with flour or a layer of oil. Shake and shake the soft dough, then roll it out into a very thin, almost translucent shape (it doesnāt have to be in any shapeš). Spread the banana slices on top and sprinkle with milk powder and sugar
-
Then fold the dough into a square shape without revealing the filling
-
Heat the oil in the pan and place it with the folded side down. I prefer a little less oil when frying slowly over low heat, but itās best to add a little more oil for a more fragrant and even color! āŗļø

Fry while pressing for about 5 minutes until both sides are browned
