Fried eggs with coriander
Overview
I bought a handful of coriander in order to get the juice, and only used one. I used the remaining coriander to scramble an egg and get rid of it all at once. Add a little bit of red pepper to embellish the color scheme. Between yellow and green, there are dots of red, which seems pretty good. . .

Ingredients: 45 grams of coriander, 1 egg, a little salt, a little oil, a little red pepper.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add salt.

Break up with chopsticks.

Wash and cut coriander into sections, cut red pepper into small cubes and set aside.
