I bought a box of udon noodles and got 30 packs of XO sauce as a gift. Mixing the udon noodles with XO sauce directly was too salty and I didn’t know how to finish them. Suddenly I had an idea, stir-frying a meat sauce with super delicious XO sauce would be very delicious. After trying it, I was so delicious that I shed tears!

Add rice wine, black pepper, minced garlic, ginger and salt to the minced meat, mix well and marinate for more than an hour.
