Overview

There are many recipes for tiramisu. Different proportions of various ingredients will bring subtle differences in the taste and texture of the cake. Rather than using gelatine to help solidify, I prefer today’s version without any added coagulant. Its taste is more delicate and tender, fluffy and light.
