Overview

Asparagus has high nutritional value, and I made a thick soup with it today! It’s just that some of the old asparagus were not peeled, and the final asparagus puree was a bit scummy, so I had to filter it! It feels like a bit of a waste!

  1. Put the asparagus into the pot and bring to a boil and take it out

  3. My asparagus was a bit old and I hadn’t peeled it, so I found some residue and was afraid it wouldn’t taste good, so I filtered the asparagus juice

  4. Put the potatoes in the microwave and mash them into mashed potatoes

  5. Dice onions and cut mushrooms into slices

  6. Add butter to a pan and sauté minced onions

  7. Add mushroom slices and stir-fry

  8. Add asparagus juice

  9. Add mashed potatoes, stir well and cook until thickened

  10. Add appropriate amount of light cream, mix well and bring to boil
